Anne Culligan is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of post-qualification experience spanning external and internal audit, private equity fund administration, and senior management roles within the UK retail sector. A law graduate from Leicester University, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 1999 while working as an external auditor at Deloitte UK.

In 2008, Anne relocated to the Turks and Caicos Islands to assume the role of Director of Finance at Grace Bay Club Ltd., where she played a key role in financial operations within the hospitality industry. For the past 12 years, she has worked as an independent accounting consultant, delivering financial expertise and strategic support to clients in the hospitality sector across the Turks and Caicos Islands.
