Pastor Steve Cornwall has dedicated over 22 years to the Seventh-day Adventist Church serving in the roles of Pastor, Director and Administrator. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Religion Theology from Northern Caribbean University and a Master’s degree in Pastoral Theology from the Inter-American Division Theological Seminary.He also holds a Certificate in Spanish from the Adventist University of Central America and Certificates in French and Haitian Creole from the Adventist University of Haiti. Formerly, he served as a part-time lecturer at the Central American Adventist University of Costa Rica.
Since 2018, Pastor Cornwall has served as the President of the Turks and Caicos Islands Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, where he is responsible for overseeing all Seventh-day Adventist churches and institutions within the Turks and Caicos Islands. He is also an active member of various local and international boards and committees that focus on faith-based initiatives which concentrate on preserving the moral fabric of society, for the benefit of mankind.
